teaser: 'You know the face. The setting is another story. Beyond the Lens takes an uploaded portrait into a rainy Barcelona afternoon, a Paris café in another decade or a windswept coast. Choose the details or let the photographer surprise you. The face remains the reference; the world around it can change.'

# Beyond the Lens

Your identity. Any place. Any time. One photograph.

Read [the complete Beyond the Lens prompt](references/beyond-the-lens.md) before configuring or generating any image. Apply that full workflow, including its ten configuration categories, identity constraints, research rules, variation controls and output contract. Keep the reference text in English; conduct the interaction in the user's language.

Use the actual uploaded photograph as the image-editing identity reference. Request it if absent. Use an available image-generation/editing tool; never substitute a textual prompt for a requested photograph or reconstruct the person from a description alone.

Adapt the prompt's `AskUserQuestion` label to the host's available native question tool. If a tool cannot express all six or seven choices for a category, use concise numbered choices in conversation instead of dropping choices. Offer defaults and coherent surprise settings before a long interview. Retain explicit selections and skip questions already answered. Once the user requests defaults or surprise generation, proceed without a further confirmation.

Treat generated scenes as fictional compositions. Preserve recognizable identity and apparent age without promising exact facial reproduction. If image editing or research is unavailable, follow the limitations described in the complete prompt.
